Changed your mind or your purchase did not meet your expectations? No problem!

You can return any item you are not completely happy with for a refund, within 14 days of receiving them. All you need to do is call or email us and to issue a return and enclose the return reference number along with your return items to the following address:

We will refund the original cost of postage with your order, but unfortunately we will not refund the cost of return postage for any customer return. 

All goods will be inspected on return and must meet the following criteria:

  • All original plastic wrap must be attached
  • All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received
  • All items have not been opened/used
  • All items are complete and not missing any parts
  • All items must be in saleable condition

Once we receive your returns parcel we will then process your refund to the card from which the original payment was made and at the price you purchased your item/s at (this includes sales items). You can check the progress of your return by emailing us at

We recommend that you use recorded mail and keep the receipt of postage as we are not responsible for any orders that are lost by mail service providers when you are returning them to us. Please ensure your goods are packed securely and cannot get damaged on the way.

Goods purchased online cannot be refunded in one of our retail stores and goods purchased in stores cannot be returned online.
